I am always looking forward to enjoying Flying Pig events.
This past long weekend was as always MARVELOUS! 3 days of fun and totally different and challenging courses plus beautiful weather!
Thank you Mike, course designers, and all the volunteers who put so much effort to create top notch event!
Thank you again, you all truly captured the essence of orienteering and the reason why we love this sport so much!

Hear hear! Courses were championship-worthy (and the weather only got better as the weekend went on, after a potentially rainy start), making for a great weekend of O.

You went above and beyond arranging the get-together at the farm for eclipse viewing, and we appreciate that effort as well.

Hear hear indeed! If I may copy over some of my comments from the eclipse thread onto this Flying Pig thread: It ended up being great conditions at the eclipse gathering that the Cincinnati club organized; it was delightful sharing the experience with a bunch of orienteering friends. Thanks to the Knollman family for having us on their farm! And of course thanks to OCinn for a great weekend of orienteering capped by this finale.

I have some photos here from the weekend

I didn’t take pictures during the competitions but I had taken photos from the farm in Indiana during the eclipse, and some more from attractions in and around Oxford.
