Running (Hills) 1:30:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:55 / km) +350m 6:06 / km

So for one of my classes we went to taylor mountain for a geocaching trip. We split up into groups, and I was with all the cross country people, so we ended up running almost all of it and one of the guys recorded it. I was planning on doing a mountain run anyways so it worked out.

Decent run, I fell off quite a bit at then end so I would like to work on sustaining a hard pace for longer.

I love long runs. Mostly because as long as I get to run where I want, I go on random side quests that make one big urban mission, getting lost in the networks of neighborhoods, and hopping from road to road via forest trails, parks, neighborhood trails, open areas, storm water storage ponds, and so much more. Plus with all this dodging and weaving I keep my pace managable.
