Paused slot to let Megan catch
Threatening storm went north of us , lovely May Day verdant greens
different finish through new estate then roads to coop
No doughnuts disappointing
Legs ok and not got Sian’s virus yet

Usual machines pull ups disturbed by some noises characters on the machines

Easy spin bike as left leg sore post previous day might have to accept to go more slowly on treadmill interestingly legs even burnt after this minor spin bike

Good treadmill session started 4/90secs 4/60 secs 6/30 secs to get to 4 km speeding up each one by slight amounts starting at 5-30 down to 4-20
Felt good

Usual session but no progress at all

Multiple laps of playing field with Andrew Kegs bad again stiff , took along time to warm up but got to 5 km which is something

Easy jog across fields stopped by a load of frisky calves so just went up to long copse and round , very windy and cool felt quite good for a change left leg less sore
